Curated RSS Feeds and Newsletters for Diverse Self-Directed Learning
Explore a diverse list of RSS feeds and newsletters that fuel my self-directed learning journey. Curated to inspire, inform, and sometimes share.
I’m excited to share a curated list of blog feeds and newsletters that play a vital role in my Self Guided Learning journey. This list represents the "consume" phase of my learning process. I use NetNewsWire to keep up with feeds, and I turn to Gmail or the Apple Mail client to read newsletters.
I don’t read every single post or newsletter. Instead, I quickly scan through them, sending anything that piques my interest to Readwise Reader for deeper reflection later. Most of what I read gets discarded, but some articles find a home in my Obsidian vault for future reference.
This list reflects my multi-disciplinary approach to learning, and while it might not appeal to everyone, it’s an essential resource for me. I also update this list regularly, so feel free to bookmark and revisit if you find it interesting.
I’d love to hear your suggestions for blogs or newsletters that align with these categories. You can reach me through Twitter or Bluesky.
You can download the OPML file so you can subscribe to all the feeds in one go.

# Google Alerts
I set up Google Alerts of interesting topics as well as about companies that I invest. I quickly glance and discard most of them. But time to time I find really good gems.

# Newsletters
I prefer using RSS readers, but some writers only offer newsletters. I subscribe to a select few newsletters with a separate email address to keep my primary inbox clean. For both RSS feeds and newsletters, I skim through the content in batches and save interesting articles to "Readwise Reader" for later reading on my mobile device.
